Lufthansa Group Digital Hangar developed an Agile Agnostic Upskilling Programme based on a set of predefined agile competencies derived through industry benchmarking, internal needs analysis and cross‑functional expert workshops as an answer for the age of disruption that we are currently in.
The programme believes that the best answer to be ahead of the times is continuously upskilling.
From the start, the programme followed a strong co‑creation approach: instead of designing a polished solution upfront, the team began collaboratively on a simple digital whiteboard, allowing participants to shape structure and content with them.
This iterative approach helped them map existing resources, build modular content across 5 competency domains, and refine the programme through continuous feedback loops.
The result is a scalable, principle‑driven development model ready for broader adoption.
