About the session

Building a great team is more than putting talented people together and hoping for the best. Taking a design approach to teamwork can encourage more creativity, ensure everyone is motivated and engaged, and create more time for people to do work they are proud of.

In this workshop we’ll explore the foundations of great teamwork and setting the right environment to support a balance between creativity and productivity, harnessing individual talents for collective results, how to run great workshops that improve team culture and creating good team habits that stick.
