Mind Your P's and Queues

Take 30 seconds and write down all of the “Agile” P-words that you can come up with.  How did you do?  Product?  Planning?  Prioritization?  Now take a minute and think about how successful you have been managing those terms and/or if your favourite Agile framework has anything helpful to say about them.  In this talk we’ll explore how most of that framework guidance is at best deficient and at worst, well, misguided.  Faults arise because frameworks largely ignore the one thing that matters most to be successful with those Agile P’s.  Hint:  that word begins with the letter “Q”.
